HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us to let you know your order has been picked, packed and is on the way. This email will also contain your invoice. We recommend checking your junk/spam folders. If you have not received this email, please contact us on 02 9037 4324.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation, most freight companies are experiencing delays. We are now dispatching our orders Mon-Fri by 1pm as AusPost must collect by 1:30pm.

For most metro areas it should take 2-4 days. Please allow extra time for non-metro areas. Please note that once Australia Post receives the goods we cannot change or alter your order or the delivery address.You can select an alternative carrier on check out for a faster delivery time.

 

DO YOU CARRY SPARE PARTS?

Swarts Tools prides itself on carrying spare parts for all machines current and discontinued. We know how important it is to be able to source parts in the future for the products you buy today. It is our goal to keep parts for a minimum of seven years after we've stopped selling a line and in the unlikely event that we run out of a part, we can generally order it in for you. We also keep a full stock of spare parts for the current machines we sell. If you need a spare part, please contact us and we will arrange it for you.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please contact us if you have encountered an issue with your item.

 

CAN I PICK UP IN-STORE?

Please note- due to COVID-19 requirements, you may not enter our premises. Please remain in your vehicle and contact us on 02 9037 4324 and we will bring your order outside.

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit our warehouse to pick up your goods. We ask that you select local pick up as the delivery method when completing your order. Once we have contacted you to confirm your items are ready, you may collect them.

 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item you are after is out of stock, you are more than welcome to contact us about its return date.
 

CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?

Sometimes we have pre-order sales for popular items. This will be mentioned in the item's listing. We also accept back orders.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT DIMENSIONS?

You can find all product specifications & features in the info tabs on each item listing. If you the information you are after is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to find out for you.

 

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer free, trackable standard delivery with Australia Post on most items. You may also choose Express Post or Star Track (at an extra cost) if you would like your goods delivered faster. Local pick up is also available.
