We offer free shipping, Australia-wide across our standard range*.

Due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation, most freight companies are experiencing delays. We are now dispatching our orders Mon-Fri by 1pm as AusPost must collect by 1:30pm.

We offer Australia Post Parcel Post as our standard free shipping service. For an additional fee at checkout you can choose to ship your goods via Star Track Express or Express Post.

If you wish to pick up your goods from our warehouse, please select PICK UP at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a day and time. Collection is available 8am-4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. The pick up address is Unit 2, 110 Station Road, Seven Hills NSW 2147. Prior to collection, please ensure you have arranged your pick up with a customer service representative either via email or phone. We require an hour’s notice to ensure your goods are ready for pick-up.

Please note- due to COVID-19 requirements, you may not enter our premises. Please remain in your vehicle and contact us on 02 9037 4324 and we will bring your order outside.

For our international customers, there is a calculator at checkout to calculate your shipping costs & options.

All import duty and customs charges are to be bared by the customer. If you fail to collect your goods from either the postage carrier or customs and the goods are returned to Australia, the initial shipping costs as well as the return postage costs will not be refunded.

Orders are sent requiring a signature upon delivery. If you do not wish to sign for your goods, please specify in the delivery instructions section on checkout.

You will receive a tracking number and invoice via email once your goods have been dispatched.

In peak times (eg, Free Shipping Promotions, Christmas, Easter, Public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.

* Selected items such as spare parts may levy a postal charge.

** We always endeavour to send your goods out on the same or next business day. Weather and postage carriers may sometimes play a factor in this and we will always contact you should there be a delay. In the event of a large sale, dispatch may occasionally be delayed and again we will contact you should this occur.
