How do I return an item?
Please contact us to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Your full name, email and contact number should be included with your return.
What can be returned?
Our goods are returnable for warranty reasons or change of mind within 60 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy, you may not receive a full refund. We do not accept returns for consumables (such as cut off wheels) that have been used.
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the description.
When do items need to be returned by?
For change of mind, you need to rteturn the goods to us at your own cost within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Our items are covered by a three year professional warranty. Please contact us regarding a warranty return.
Where do items need to be returned to?
All Swarts Tools products must be returned to our warehouse in Seven Hills, NSW. Please contact us for the address and to start the process.
Are original shipping rates refundable?
For change of mind, we do not refund or pay for your return postage.
Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns?
Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a return.
