The Machete 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Trial the SW1871 (also referred to as The Machete) for a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Contact Swarts Tools within the 30 day period and have the machine returned no later than 45 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible to claim for a refund, you must undertake the following steps:

1. Contact Swarts tools during business hours on 02 9037 4624 and obtain a Return Authorisation Number. You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
2. Complete the Money Back Guarantee Claim Form
3. Return the unit in its original packaging together with fully completed paperwork to:

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

You must retain the original purchase invoice and packaging as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of Swarts Tools, result in invalidation of a claim and forfeiture of any right to a refund. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the retailer of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to submitting a Claim.

You must return with the polisher, all accessories and hardware.

Postage costs for the return of the SW1871 are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
