Info

Our 9” aluminium oxide sanding discs are the solution to your wall sanding questions - specifically designed for use for wall sanders, they are perfect for surface preparation, conditioning and finishing. You will not be disappointed!
These discs are suitable for woodworking, plaster board, compounds and putties as well as for use in both wet and dry sanding.
When tested, they last longer than your conventional (white, brown or yellow) AO discs.
They are made using a high heat resistant hook & loop backing to ensure they don’t melt to your backing plate and the film backing is ideal for tear resistance and a smooth, even finish required when working on plasterboard.
We have worked with our manufacturing partner to find the perfect balance between aggressively stripping off unwanted material while still providing the perfect finish.

Awesome product
By: Cliff on 18 August 2025I didn't have much luck sourcing any 40 grit 225mm hook and loop sanding discs in Perth to suit my ceiling sander. Luckily I found the Swarts Tools website and the green sandpaper. My investment property has the old coconut fibre plaster ceilings that had sagged . After pushing them back up , re strapping them and fixing any cracks the ceiling was now strong and safe but not flat. The 40 grit green sandpaper flattened the surface out quick. I followed this up with some filler and then the 80 grit green sandpaper which worked just as efficiently and without clogging . Definitely saved a lot of time and I got a great result. The sandpaper is good value for money too.
